Together, these practices provide essential primary care services to over 52,000 patients, representing approximately one-third of the local population. After identifying several opportunities for cost savings, TCD Energy negotiated new supply contracts on behalf of Primary Care Knowsley. These contracts offered more favorable rates, which aligned with the federation's financial and operational goals.


TCD Energy facilitated the transition to the new contracts, ensuring a smooth changeover with no disruption to services. They also provided ongoing support to monitor the utility bills, ensuring that the savings were realised and maintained over time.
